Growing up so Cute!!!

It has been awhile since I have updated my blog. Here are some highlight picts of Marcus over the last few months. He is getting big and into everything. Marcus discovers that he loves chocolate milk and love to make a mess.

So proud because he fed himself.

The weather was finally warm enough for Marcus to play in a bucket of water. We were at Melissa's house and he didn't have a change of clothes. He ended up in one of Vince's old WWE wrestling shirts

Walking everywhere and falling down. Big bump with a bruise he got in the morning and big bump with cut he got later the same day.

Mmmm...yummy! Eating dirt from flower pots outside.

After finishing his dinner at the family party in Provo, Marcus begs for table scraps from family.

Swats to get ready for a gigantic big bounce like Skippyjon Jones! His new favorite thing to do. Jumping and falling down all day. He is getting better at landing on his feet.

He is so cute in his diaper cover denim bubble that shows of his legs! I just can't get enough of this bubble!

Going outside to water the garden with Mom.

Marcus with the previously mentioned flower pots.

What a big helper!!!

Update

Marcus is now 10 months old. Time flies by so fast! I am now trying to figure out and plan his one year birthday party and photo session.
You can see the Marcus's first tooth. He got the second one, right next to it, shorty after. He now has the 2 on the bottom and hopefully the rest won't be so painful. He was cutting 2 teeth and getting a flu shot on the same week. Poor guy! He is such a happy, chill baby boy, but that was a week of sorrow. I was afraid his favorite Auntie Melissa would quit as his babysitter after a week of "crack baby" Marcus with no naps and drama. I'm glad we all made it through and hope his booster flu shot won't cause more drama (he got it today).

Marcus is supposed to be sleeping!

Marcus in awe of his first big snow storm. He is "helping" his dad shovel the driveway and sidewalks. (Michael was broken for weeks after foot of snow on Saturday, Wednesday and the next Sunday...we get a LOT of snow in West Jordan!)

Marcus's favorite holiday so far...Thanksgiving! This picture is after he grabbed a handful of my pumpkin pie. He LOVES pumpkin pie! We had dinner with Nana and Grandpa Dodge at Little America in Wyoming. It was so nice that we didn't have to do dishes after it was all done.

Hanging out with Nana after his big meal. Nana helped Marcus get in touch with his Native roots. He learned the "token Indian" drum beat and "the" chant. The chant was easy because he new the words - "aaah aaah aaah, aaah aaah aaah". Anytime I do the drum beat, he gets so excited and starts smiling a HUGE grin.

Marcus drumming on pans with his Grandpa.

Spiderman, spiderman...

Seven Months

September 5 - Marcus is now 7 months old!!! He is almost crawling, almost walking, almost...everything. I can't believe how grown up my little angel is getting. Marcus wants to walk now...more than everything, but he's still trying to crawl. Marcus scoots backwards....very well and wants to be going places fast...but can't yet.
Marcus likes to hang out...outside his bouncy!
MTV2 LOVES Papa Tom's watch...

So hungry and sleepy....

I love my daddy!!!

Day at the Park

I work at ARUP Laboratories in Human Resources and I love my job. I love my supervisor and my co-workers. I have never felt this total fit with any other job...until I became a mother. It's days like this that make me excited for the future when I no longer have to work and I can just be Mom. It's going to be hard going back to work tomorrow.

Today, I wanted to get pictures of three of my favorite boys in the whole wide world. We have a charity thing at work where we are partnering with Xerox, we can get some nice prints of pictures to donate money for Operation Smile. What subject is better then the most beautiful children in the world?!!! Melissa and I took our boys to Murray Park to play and get some photos.
The boys in a nutshell: Marcus smiling and posing...Josh and Vince in the back playing and climbing a poll.

To get a picture with all three boys looking up and smiling is hard...this is the closest we got.

Marcus LOVES grass.

Josh and Vince in a nutshell.

Such a beautiful poser!

We laid out a blanket to relax and read while the boys played, but we were so distracted. Something strange and Redneck-Like was going down. We were trying to decide if these people and their mullet wigs were serious, but they were doing some kind of film. Funny!!!

2 Months Old!

Here are some new and great pictures of Marcus.
These jammies are my favorite ones because he looks so cuddly in them.

Is outfit is so cute but doesn't fit well. It fits in length but the pant are HUGE around the waist. Marcus would have to gain another 3-4 inches around the waist to fill them out. Made for a short fat baby.

This outfit is a tight one-piece that is a "6 Month" size. I can't believe he can fit some of those clothes. He grows so fast!

These jammies are getting too small, short in the legs and you can see the snaps bulging around the tummy.

This outfit is sooo cute! It's one of my favrites.

Cute Marcus Pictures

Marcus all beautiful for church. We left early because of a diaper blow out... ...thankfully his beautiful linen outfit was safe, but his onesie was a causalty.

Marcus had a photo session on Saturday in his little shortalls!

He is not quite sure what to think about it.

Almost everytime I snapped a picture his mouth was open and his tongue was out.

Marcus and Peeky just hanging out after his morning bath.

Addicted

I can't put Marcus down! He is so sweet and cuddley. I am also addicted to pictures. I can't stop taking pictures of him. I hold him and he is so beautiful that I can't help but try to catch the moment! Here are some more photos I like.
Josh and Marcus: The oldest with his youngest cousin.

Vince and Marcus.

I got him! I just wait until he is totally focused on Marcus and I can sneak in to get a picture of my dad!

Marcus wearing his booties made by Nanna and wrapped in his quilt made by Nanna Cora.

He looks so cute in red! As big as his hands are with long fingers, it is so small compared to his dad's hand. Precious!
